1. 适用范围

1. Scope of Application

 

本规程适用于按照ASTM A234标准制造的锻轧制碳钢和合金钢管道配件的中高温服务热处理操作,包括但不限于弯头、三通、法兰等管件。

This procedure applies to the heat treatment operations of forged and rolled carbon steel and alloy steel pipe fittings manufactured according to ASTM A234 standard for medium and high temperature service, including but not limited to elbows, tees, flanges, etc.

3.1 通用要求

3.1 General Requirements

所有管道配件应按照材料等级进行规定的热处理

All pipe fittings shall undergo specified heat treatment according to material grade

焊接结构管件应在焊接完成后进行热处理

Welded structural pipe fittings shall be heat treated after welding completion

热处理后应进行硬度测试,符合标准要求

Hardness testing shall be performed after heat treatment to meet standard requirements

4.1 操作前准备

4.1 Pre-Operation Preparation

人员要求:操作人员应具备相关资质和经验,接受过热处理安全培训

Personnel Requirements‌: Operators shall possess relevant qualifications and experience, and have received heat treatment safety training

设备检查

Equipment Inspection‌:

检查炉膛内无遗留工件和杂物

Check that no workpieces or debris remain in the furnace chamber

确认仪表完好,发热元件与引出棒接触良好

Confirm that instruments are intact and heating elements are in good contact with lead-out rods

检查转动部件灵活性和各元件可靠性

Check the flexibility of rotating parts and the reliability of all components

工件准备

Workpiece Preparation‌:

清除工件表面氧化皮和油污

Remove scale and oil stains from workpiece surfaces

检查工件无裂纹、严重变形等缺陷

Inspect workpieces for defects such as cracks or severe deformation

按工艺要求正确装炉,工件与发热元件间距>50mm

Load the furnace correctly according to process requirements, with spacing between workpieces and heating elements >50mm

4.2 热处理过程

加热阶段

Heating Stage‌:

按升温曲线逐步加热,控制加热速度

Heat gradually according to the heating curve, controlling the heating rate

达到工艺规定温度后开始保温计时

Start holding time counting after reaching the specified process temperature

保温阶段

Holding Stage‌:

保持温度稳定均匀,波动范围±15℃

Maintain stable and uniform temperature, with fluctuations within ±15℃

保温时间按工件厚度计算(通常2.5分钟/mm)

Holding time is calculated based on workpiece thickness (typically 2.5 minutes/mm)

冷却阶段

Cooling Stage‌:

根据工艺要求选择适当冷却方式

Select appropriate cooling method according to process requirements

控制冷却速度,防止变形和开裂

Control cooling rate to prevent deformation and cracking

4.3 后处理

4.3 Post-Treatment

清理热处理后的工件表面氧化皮

Clean scale from the surfaces of heat-treated workpieces

进行必要的硬度测试和记录

Perform necessary hardness testing and record the results

对不合格品进行返工处理

大型管件热处理应考虑温度均匀性

Temperature uniformity should be considered for large pipe fittings during heat treatment

易变形管件应使用专用夹具固定

Deformation-prone pipe fittings should be fixed with special fixtures
