1. 适用范围Scope of Application
本规程适用于按照ASTM A182/A182M标准制造的锻制或轧制合金钢和不锈钢法兰、锻制管件、阀门及部件的热处理操作,主要用于高温环境下的压力管道系统。
This procedure applies to the heat treatment operations of forged or rolled alloy and stainless steel flanges, fittings, valves, and parts manufactured according to ASTM A182/A182M standard, primarily for high-temperature service in pressure piping systems.

3. 材料等级与热处理要求
Material Grades and Heat Treatment Requirements
3.1 通用要求 General Requirements
所有锻件必须进行热处理,具体工艺根据材料等级和应用环境确定
All forgings shall undergo heat treatment, with specific processes determined by material grade and application environment
焊接结构锻件应在焊接完成后及时进行热处理
Welded structural forgings shall be heat treated promptly after welding completion
热处理后应进行硬度测试,确保符合标准要求
Hardness testing shall be performed after heat treatment to ensure compliance with standard requirements

注:固溶处理(Solution Treatment)是奥氏体不锈钢最常用的热处理工艺,目的是使碳化物充分溶解于奥氏体中,然后快速冷却以获得均匀的奥氏体组织。
4. 操作程序Operation Procedures
4.1 操作前准备 Pre-Operation Preparation
人员要求:操作人员应具备相关资质和经验,接受过热处理安全培训
Personnel Requirements: Operators shall possess relevant qualifications and experience, and have received heat treatment safety training
设备检查:Equipment Inspection:
检查炉膛内无遗留工件和杂物
Check that no workpieces or debris remain in the furnace chamber
确认仪表完好,发热元件与引出棒接触良好
Confirm that instruments are intact and heating elements are in good contact with lead-out rods
检查转动部件灵活性和各元件可靠性
Check the flexibility of rotating parts and the reliability of all components
工件准备Workpiece Preparation:
清除工件表面氧化皮和油污
Remove scale and oil stains from workpiece surfaces
检查工件无裂纹、严重变形等缺陷
Inspect workpieces for defects such as cracks or severe deformation
按工艺要求正确装炉,工件与发热元件间距>50mm
Load the furnace correctly according to process requirements, with spacing between workpieces and heating elements >50mm
4.2 热处理过程Heat Treatment Process
加热阶段Heating Stage:
按升温曲线逐步加热,控制加热速度
Heat gradually according to the heating curve, controlling the heating rate
达到工艺规定温度后开始保温计时
Start holding time counting after reaching the specified process temperature
保温阶段Holding Stage:
保持温度稳定均匀,波动范围±15℃
Maintain stable and uniform temperature, with fluctuations within ±15℃
保温时间按工件厚度计算(通常2.5分钟/mm)
Holding time is calculated based on workpiece thickness (typically 2.5 minutes/mm)
冷却阶段Cooling Stage:
根据工艺要求选择适当冷却方式
Select appropriate cooling method according to process requirements
控制冷却速度,防止变形和开裂
Control cooling rate to prevent deformation and cracking
4.3 后处理Post-Treatment
清理热处理后的工件表面氧化皮
Clean scale from the surfaces of heat-treated workpieces
进行必要的硬度测试和记录
Perform necessary hardness testing and record the results
对不合格品进行返工处理
Rework unqualified products

7. 特殊注意事项Special Notes
对于含硫化氢(H2S)环境的锻件,需特别注意热处理后的硬度控制
For forgings in H2S-containing environments, special attention shall be paid to hardness control after heat treatment
大型锻件热处理应考虑温度均匀性
Temperature uniformity should be considered for large forgings during heat treatment
易变形锻件应使用专用夹具固定
Deformation-prone forgings should be fixed with special fixtures
焊后热处理温度应比回火温度至少低28℃
Post-weld heat treatment temperature shall be at least 28℃ lower than tempering temperature
