1. 适用范围Scope of Application
本规程适用于按照ASTM A105/A105M标准制造的碳素钢锻件的热处理操作,主要用于阀门、法兰等承压管件的制造,广泛应用于石化、能源等工业领域。
This procedure applies to the heat treatment operations of carbon steel forgings manufactured according to ASTM A105/A105M standard, primarily for the production of pressure-containing pipe fittings such as valves and flanges, widely used in petrochemical and energy industries.

3. 材料特性与热处理要求

3.1 材料特性Material Characteristics
化学成分:碳(C≤0.35%)、锰(0.6-1.05%)、硅(≤0.35%)、硫(≤0.050%)、磷(≤0.040%)
Chemical composition: C≤0.35%, Mn 0.6-1.05%, Si≤0.35%, S≤0.050%, P≤0.040%
机械性能:抗拉强度≥485MPa,屈服强度≥250MPa,硬度≤HB187
Mechanical properties: Tensile strength ≥485MPa, Yield strength ≥250MPa, Hardness ≤HB187
3.2 热处理工艺选择 Heat Treatment Process Selection
退火:800-900°C,空冷,用于改善加工性能
Annealing: 800-900°C, air cooling, for improved machinability
正火:890-940°C,空冷,提高硬度和强度
Normalizing: 890-940°C, air cooling, to increase hardness and strength
淬火:900-980°C,水/油冷,获得高硬度
Quenching: 900-980°C, water/oil cooling, for high hardness
回火:425-660°C,空冷,调节硬度和韧性
Tempering: 425-660°C, air cooling, to adjust hardness and toughness

4.1 操作前准备Pre-Operation Preparation
人员要求:操作人员应具备相关资质和经验,接受过热处理安全培训

设备检查Equipment Inspection:
检查炉膛内无遗留工件和杂物

检查冷却系统(水槽/油槽)状态
Inspect cooling system (water/oil tank) condition
工件准备Workpiece Preparation:
清除工件表面氧化皮和油污
Remove scale and oil stains from workpiece surfaces
检查工件无裂纹、严重变形等缺陷
Inspect workpieces for defects such as cracks or severe deformation
按工艺要求正确装炉,确保温度均匀
Load furnace correctly according to process requirements, ensuring temperature uniformity
4.2 热处理过程 Heat Treatment Process
加热阶段Heating Stage:
控制加热速度,避免热应力过大
Control heating rate to avoid excessive thermal stress
达到工艺规定温度后开始保温计时
Start holding time counting after reaching specified process temperature
保温阶段Holding Stage:
保持温度稳定,波动范围±15°C
Maintain stable temperature, with fluctuations within ±15°C
保温时间按工件厚度计算(通常2.5分钟/mm)
Holding time calculated based on workpiece thickness (typically 2.5 minutes/mm)
冷却阶段Cooling Stage:
根据工艺要求选择适当冷却方式
Select appropriate cooling method according to process requirements
控制冷却速度,防止变形和开裂
Control cooling rate to prevent deformation and cracking
4.3 后处理Post-Treatment
清理热处理后的工件表面氧化皮
Clean scale from the surfaces of heat-treated workpieces
进行硬度测试(≤HB187)

对不合格品进行返工处理
