1. 适用范围Scope of Application
本规程适用于按照ASTM A335/A335M标准制造的无缝铁素体合金钢管的热处理操作,主要用于石油、化工、电力等行业的高温环境(如锅炉、蒸汽管道等),工作温度可达600℃以上。
This procedure applies to the heat treatment operations of seamless ferritic alloy-steel pipes manufactured according to ASTM A335/A335M standard, primarily for high-temperature service in petrochemical, power generation and other industries (such as boilers, steam pipelines, etc.), with operating temperatures up to 600℃ and above.

3. 材料等级与热处理要求

3.1 通用要求General Requirements
所有钢管必须进行热处理,具体工艺根据材料等级和应用环境确定

焊接结构钢管应在焊接完成后及时进行热处理
Welded structural pipes shall be heat treated promptly after welding completion
热处理后应进行硬度测试,确保符合标准要求

注:模拟焊后热处理温度范围为595-650℃,最小保温时间为1h/25mm,不低于45分钟。
4. 操作程序Operation Procedures
4.1 操作前准备 Pre-Operation Preparation
人员要求:操作人员应具备相关资质和经验,接受过热处理安全培训

设备检查Equipment Inspection:
检查炉膛内无遗留工件和杂物
Check that no workpieces or debris remain in the furnace chamber
确认温度控制系统准确可靠

检查冷却系统(水槽/油槽)状态
Inspect cooling system (water/oil tank) condition
工件准备Workpiece Preparation:
清除工件表面氧化皮和油污
Remove scale and oil stains from workpiece surfaces
检查工件无裂纹、严重变形等缺陷
Inspect workpieces for defects such as cracks or severe deformation
按工艺要求正确装炉,确保温度均匀

4.2 热处理过程Heat Treatment Process
加热阶段Heating Stage:
控制加热速度,避免热应力过大
Control heating rate to avoid excessive thermal stress
达到工艺规定温度后开始保温计时
Start holding time counting after reaching specified process temperature
保温阶段Holding Stage:
保持温度稳定,波动范围±15℃
Maintain stable temperature, with fluctuations within ±15℃
保温时间按工件厚度计算(通常2.5分钟/mm)
Holding time calculated based on workpiece thickness (typically 2.5 minutes/mm)
冷却阶段Cooling Stage:
根据工艺要求选择适当冷却方式
Select appropriate cooling method according to process requirements
控制冷却速度,防止变形和开裂
Control cooling rate to prevent deformation and cracking
4.3 后处理Post-Treatment
清理热处理后的工件表面氧化皮
Clean scale from the surfaces of heat-treated workpieces
进行硬度测试(如P5钢≤HB187)

对不合格品进行返工处理
