1. 适用范围Scope of Application
本规程适用于按照ASTM A790/A790M标准制造的无缝和焊接铁素体/奥氏体不锈钢管的热处理操作,主要针对双相不锈钢(Duplex Stainless Steel)管材,如UNS S31803(2205)和UNS S32750(超级双相钢),广泛应用于建筑、制造、基建、能源、通讯等行业腐蚀环境下的管道系统。
This procedure applies to the heat treatment operations of seamless and welded ferritic/austenitic stainless steel pipes manufactured according to ASTM A790/A790M standard, primarily for duplex stainless steel (DSS) pipes such as UNS S31803 (2205) and UNS S32750 (super duplex), widely used in construction, manufacturing, infrastructure, energy, telecommunications and other industries for corrosive environment piping systems.

3. 材料等级与热处理要求

3.1 通用要求 General Requirements
所有钢管必须进行固溶处理(Solution Treatment)

热处理后应进行酸洗处理
Acid pickling shall be performed after heat treatment
需要进行热分析以确定元素百分比
Thermal analysis shall be conducted to determine the percentage of elements

注:固溶处理(Solution Treatment)是双相不锈钢最常用的热处理工艺,目的是使碳化物充分溶解于奥氏体中,然后快速冷却以获得均匀的奥氏体组织。
4. 操作程序Operation Procedures
4.1 操作前准备Pre-Operation Preparation
人员要求:操作人员应具备相关资质和经验,接受过热处理安全培训
Personnel Requirements: Operators shall possess relevant qualifications and experience, and have received heat treatment safety training
设备检查Equipment Inspection:
检查炉膛内无遗留工件和杂物
Check that no workpieces or debris remain in the furnace chamber
确认温度控制系统准确可靠
Verify the accuracy and reliability of temperature control systems
检查冷却系统(水槽)状态
Inspect cooling system (water tank) condition
工件准备Workpiece Preparation:
清除工件表面氧化皮和油污
Remove scale and oil stains from workpiece surfaces
检查工件无裂纹、严重变形等缺陷
Inspect workpieces for defects such as cracks or severe deformation
按工艺要求正确装炉,确保温度均匀
Load furnace correctly according to process requirements, ensuring temperature uniformity
4.2 热处理过程Heat Treatment Process
加热阶段Heating Stage:
按升温曲线逐步加热,控制加热速度
Heat gradually according to the heating curve, controlling the heating rate
达到工艺规定温度后开始保温计时
Start holding time counting after reaching the specified process temperature
保温阶段Holding Stage:
保持温度稳定,波动范围±15℃
Maintain stable temperature, with fluctuations within ±15℃
保温时间按工件厚度计算(通常2.5分钟/mm)
Holding time is calculated based on workpiece thickness (typically 2.5 minutes/mm)
冷却阶段Cooling Stage:
采用水冷方式快速冷却
Rapid cooling with water quenching
控制冷却速度,防止变形和开裂
Control cooling rate to prevent deformation and cracking
4.3 后处理Post-Treatment
进行酸洗处理去除表面氧化皮
Perform acid pickling to remove surface scale
进行必要的硬度测试和记录
Perform necessary hardness testing and record the results
对不合格品进行返工处理
