2. 热处理一般规定
• 除特殊规定外,所有经过冷成形、热成形、局部加热成形或焊接成形的管件应根据材料、壁厚等因素选择适用的方式进行热处理
• 除特殊规定外,焊接管件的所有焊接工作应在热处理之前完成
• 热处理炉应配有自动测温记录装置并可获得完整记录,有效加热区的温度均匀性为 ±14℃
3. 可不进行热处理的情况
• 热成形且最终成形温度在 700℃~980℃之间,并置于静止空气中冷却的碳素钢类别的管件 (不包括低温用钢中的碳素钢管件)
• 采用出厂时已经过热处理的原材料直接切削加工制造的管件
4. 特殊热处理要求
• 公称壁厚大于 20mm,经热成形后再焊接的碳素钢类别的焊接管件,如满足上述热成形温度要求,可进行焊后消除应力热处理
• 奥氏体不锈钢类别的管件经供需双方协商可不用热处理,但应在交货文件和实物标志的管件材料等级后加注后缀字母 - NH
• 对含钛、铌元素的奥氏体不锈钢类别的管件,按需方要求可在固溶热处理之后进行稳定化热处理 (815℃~870℃,至少保温 5min/mm)
